Charlie D’Amelio, a 16-year-old tik tok star who has a following of over 67 million on her tin Tok is getting bullied and threatened by another Tik Toker named Lovely peaches.
Peaches usually try to join live feeds of popular celebrities and try to connect with them. It all started when peaches joined Charli’s live and started to make sexual comments on Charli and Noah Schnapp, an actor and also a friend of Charli. When Charli ignored all the disturbing messages from Peaches, she took it personally and heightened the drama in the video she posted later on. In the video, Peaches claimed that she had hired a 30-year-old man to sexually assault Charli D’Amelio. She continued to make disturbing videos targeting Charli publicly like asking for her address which she claimed that she got by many of her followers. However, as soon as her actions were reported by many people, even her own followers, she was immediately banned from the platform for violation of community guidelines.
Charli never spoke about the Peaches incident on social media and even when the paparazzi asked about this drama she said that she wasn't really comfortable speaking on this topic. There are rumours going on that Peaches was arrested as she hasn't posted anything on social media about being banned on Tik Tok.
Posting such disturbing things on social media shouldn't be acceptable. Charli is only 16 and she was threatened to be raped by a 30-year-old man. This is just one situation! There are several other kids who get threats and get bullied on social media. We need to put a stop to this.
